Dr. Brandi Baldwin is a preeminent voice on leadership ethics, millennial workforce engagement, and entrepreneurial diversity. She is a management communications lecturer at the Wharton School of Business and is the Founder and CEO of Millennial Ventures Holdings, a firm that helps to launch start-ups for women and people of color.
Dr. Brandi's noteworthy accomplishments include being appointed to Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney's Millennial Advisory Commission, being named one of Philadelphia's Most Influential African Americans, receiving Philadelphia Business Journal's 40 Under 40 award, and the Diversity and Inclusion Outstanding Ally honor from the Philadelphia Inquirer.
She is an alumnus of Temple University, having received an undergraduate degree in Psychology, a Master's in Organizational Development, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy. Dr. Brandi has held teaching positions at institutions such as Temple University, Lancaster Bible College, and Johns Hopkins.
Today, she speaks at over 40 conferences and companies annually, and is tapped by organizations such as Comcast, Discover, and the Federal Government to share her unconventional insights on leadership, entrepreneurship, and business. Dr. Brandi is the author of two books, "Put in Work: Gain Respect, Influence Others, and Get Results as a New Leader", and "Career Freedom Formula: How to Ditch the Corporate Games, Beat the Corporate Bullies, and Take Control of Your Career".
She is a mother of two and attributes her Christian faith for keeping her focused, grounded, and committed to excellence in all that she does. She believes she was put on this earth to impact, not to impress.
